We want to make sure you have everything you need! Below is a list of resources to help you be successful whether you're studying at home, on campus or on the go.

Accessing Canvas

AACC uses a learning management system (LMS) called Canvas to deliver all credit (and some noncredit) on-campus, online and hybrid courses. This is the primary location for accessing your class when learning remotely. It is also where you can find class reminders, assignments and resources that are available to you. Canvas even has a mobile app!

Visit our Canvas Learning Management System page if you're having any trouble accessing it on your desktop or mobile phone.

Devices Available

If you're dealing with unreliable technology or your device is no longer working, we might be able to help!

We have a few ways to get electronic devices for your classes:

  • The AACC Bookstore has several devices in stock priced with an academic discount built in. The bookstore is offering free shipping for all online orders to assist students at a distance. For information email websales@738628.com.
  • Students may be eligible for technology/device assistance through the college’s HelpLink program. For information email studenthelplink@738628.com
  • Current students may borrow equipment from the Truxal Library. Learn more about devices available for library checkout.

Registering for Classes

Make sure your classes don't fill up! The simplest and most straightforward way to register for your classes is through your MyAACC account. Be sure to register as early as possible – no one is given priority registration, so popular courses fill up fast.

Register for Credit Classes

You must register for class before the first scheduled class meeting. Instructions on registering for credit classes is found on our credit registration page.

Register for Noncredit Classes

Noncredit registration is open for each course until that course begins. Both new and returning students are able to register for classes online. Information regarding registering for noncredit classes can be found on our noncredit registration page.

Software Discounts

One of the perks of being part of the AACC community is that students, faculty and staff can purchase a select number of software titles at significant discounts.

You can access software discounts from the Technology Resources card in MyAACC. You will need to log in to MyAACC with your AACC email address and password.
